An alternative fashion brand drawing from Harajuku and Tokyo street culture. A new physical store in development.

Process


Branded bags, boxes, wraps, labels : designed and print-supervised end to end. 

A pink shipping box with a hidden message inside the lid: "Hey Babe, it's your dream coming true." Chrome foil. Laser embossing. Built to be filmed.

In-store experience designed alongside the identity. 

Every touchpoint engineered for shareability without losing the premium cue.

Retail price repositioned from 300 ILS to 750 ILS. 

Gross margins up 25%.

Supply base diversification made the price move possible. The rebrand made it stick.
